Below is a list of the clients I've been privileged to work with. I've been fortunate enough to have been extended by many of them, and asked back several times.

Webroot, Broomfield CO (2015-)
Service Contracts, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, Approvals Management, Advanced Collections, Salesforce (R12.2.5) Webroot provides internet security for consumers and commercial clients.

Initially, we worked to enhance their Quote to Cash process. The focus was on Oracle Service Contracts (particularly usage billing) and its integration with Salesforce and custom eCommerce applications. After a successful go-live, we then upgraded to Oracle's latest version, 12.2.5. I'm now working on a couple of initiatives; implementing Oracle's Advanced Collections and Approvals Management modules.

Exterran Holdings, Houston, TX (2014-2015)
Teleservice, Field Service, Install Base, Enterprise Asset Management, Service Contracts, Salesforce (R12.1.3) Exterran provides natural gas compression services to North American and international customers.

My initial project with the client was to stabilize, document and improve a highly customized field sevice application which included Oracle and third party solutions. I then helped them with their R12 upgrade project. After a successful go-live, I stayed with them and added Service Contracts and Salesforce support to my portfolio. I also helped them prepare to split into two, publicly-traded companies, Exterran and Archrock.

Dot Hill Systems, Longmont CO (2013-2014)
Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Purchasing, Install Base, Depot Repair, Service Contracts, TeleService, iSupport (R12.1.3) Dot Hill is a manufacturer of OEM data storage solutions for the mid-market.

I was the lead functional consultant on an R12 Upgrade project with a focus on the Supply Chain and Service modules. I am now lead consultant and solution architect for the implementation of Oracle's iSupport module.

ProBuild Holdings, Denver, CO (2011/12)
Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Landed Cost Management, iSupplier Portal, Vendor Managed Inventory, Mobile Supply Chain, Inventory, Purchasing (R12.1.1) ProBuild is the nation's largest supplier of building materials for home building, professional & contract builders.

I worked with the client on a broad range of supply chain initiatives. Primary focus was on building an integration between Oracle EBS and the JDA Planning Suite, but I've also implemented iSupplier Portal and worked with the team on process improvements and customizations for Receiving, Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory.

LGS Innovations, Westminster, CO (2010/12)
Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Work in Process, Manufacturing Execution System, Bills of Material, Project Manufacturing, Engineering, Inventory, Cost Management , Depot Repair, Quality (12.1.2)

LGS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent, supplies communications equipment to the US Government.

I was the solution architect and lead manufacturing consultant on a project to implement Oracle's full Manufacturing Suite in a Project Manufacturing environment. A second phase of the project was to implement Oracle's Depot Repair and Quality modules. I was responsible for solution design, sytem configuration, testing and training.

I also provided post-production support on an ongoing, part-time basis.

Webroot Software Inc., Boulder, CO (2009/10)
Service Contracts, Bills of Material, Advanced Pricing, Inventory (12.0.6)

Webroot is a supplier of anti-spyware and anti-virus products and services to the retail and enterprise markets.

I was the lead Oracle EBS functional consultant on a project to integrate Service Contracts and Receivables with NetSuite (a SaaS CRM tool) and Webroot's own SaaS production systems. The integaration was achieved using Oracle's SOA architecture.

Dot Hill is a maufacturer of OEM data storage solutions for the mid-market.

I consulted on several projects, including a major restructuring of their inventory organizations, an automation of their supply chain and automated order processing for a major customer.

Jeppesen Sanderson, Englewood, CO (2007/8 )
Order Management, Install Base, Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing, Telesales, Sales, Marketing, DBI and UPK (11.5.10 and R12)

Jeppesen, a subsidiary of Boeing, is the market leader in aviation charting, flight planning and international trip planning services.

There were two phases to the project. In the first phase, which is now live, we converted the billing for Flight Planning and International Trip Planning from a home grown legacy system into Oracle ERP. This involved the use of Oracle's Service Contracts, Order Management, Payables and Receivables modules, plus multiple real time interfaces using BPEL.

The second phase, which is in progress, involved implementing Oracle R12 in Jeppesen's Denver and Frankfurt facilities. We configured a fresh install of R12 and modelled Order to Cash businesses in the application.

I was the lead functional consultant and functional architect for Billing System Replacement, Order to Cash and Campaign to Order.

Cochlear Americas, Englewood CO (2006/7)
Order Management, Inventory, Shipping Execution, Install Base (11.5.10)

Cochlear manufactures and markets cochlear implants for the profoundly deaf.

I was lead functional consultant on a project to align the client's business processes with Oracle's capabilities, a year after they went live. Using Oracle's AIM methodology, I mapped current business processes, recommended improvements, reconfigured the system and trained users.

Jeppesen Sanderson, Englewood CO (2006)
Order Management, Advanced Pricing (11.5.10)

Jeppesen, a subsidiary of Boeing, is a leader in the aviation and marine charting markets.

The project was to implement Oracle for the client's Marine Division. I was lead functional consultant for these modules, taking over midway through the project. I was responsible for configuration, testing, training and documentation at the division's facililities in Denver and Portland, Oregon.

After a successful go-live, I was asked to join a team that did a detailed scoping analysis for Jeppesen's Aviation Division. I was futher extended to provide post go-live support for the Marine Division.

Zebra Technologies, Vernon Hills IL (2005/6)
Depot Repair, BOM/Routings, WIP, Inventory, Order Management (11.5.10)

Zebra is the leading producer of bar code printers in the US.

I was lead functional consultant and solution architect on Zebra's Depot Repair project. We designed and created three customized user interfaces that met the needs of their high-volume repair operation and integrated the solution with Teleservice, Service Contracts and Install Base, which went live in 2004.

I was responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.

Department of the Interior, Denver CO (2005)
Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, XML Publisher (11.5.10)

The Department's National Business Center provides implementation services for other Federal Government agencies.

I was the lead Procurement Consultant, implementing Oracle’s Procurement suite for several agencies. The suite included two new modules (Procurement Contracts and XML Publisher). The project included integrating procurement data with three government websites.

Zebra Technologies, Vernon Hills IL (2004)

Zebra is the leading producer of bar code printers in the US.

I was the lead functional consultant for the above modules in an environment where Baan was the legacy ERP application. In addition to implementing the Oracle modules, I was responsible for interfaces to Baan and other 3rd party software and for configuration of required distribution and manufacturing modules.

Gates Corporation, Denver CO (2003/4)
iProcurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing Costing (11.5.9)

Gates produces the majority of hoses and belts used in the US automotive industry.

I was Lead Consultant on a project to implement iProcurement, Purchasing and Inventory as part of an EAM and Purchasing rollout. The project involved 16 remote sites, punch-outs to three supplier catalogs (Staples, Grainger and Motion Industries) and XML/EDI transmission of PO’s and Invoices.

Prior to the start of the Procurement project, I consulted on Manufacturing Costing and interface design.

Blood Systems, Scottsdale AZ (2003)
iProcurement, XML Gateway, Inventory (11.5.9)

Blood Systems is the 2nd largest blood bank in the country.

I was Project Lead and Distribution Consultant on a successful project to implement iProcurement. We built a punch-out via Oracle Exchange to the Corporate Express catalog and transmitted resulting POs to the supplier via XML.

I also consulted on improving the client’s Inventory Management processes.

Ventana Medical Systems, Tucson AZ (2003)
Service, Service Contracts and Installed Base (11.5.8)

Ventana Medical is the world’s leading supplier of automated diagnostic systems to the anatomical pathology market.

I was Lead CRM Consultant, successfully transitioning the client from Oracle’s early 3i CRM solution to 11i. I worked with personnel from the client’s US and European facilities to map existing processes to the new software’s capabilities, to develop and execute validation and integration test scripts, to train both project teams and to assist the client with a challenging data migration.

Graebel Moving and Storage, Denver CO (2002)
Purchasing and iProcurement (11.5.8)

Graebel provides nationwide relocation services.

I was Project Manager and Distribution Lead consultant on a project to develop a formal Procure-to-Pay process for a client with 60 remote sites around the US. I worked with corporate and site personnel to identify current processes, then transform the organization into industry best practices. As part of this transformation, I led the client through an Oracle core Purchasing and iProcurement implementation.

Sanmina SCI, Lewisburg PA (2002)
Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing (11.0.3)

Sanmina is a multinational contract electronics manufacturer.

I was Project Manager for a rapid implementation at a recently acquired facility. The client transitioned from a BPCS legacy system to Oracle’s 11.0.3. I managed a team of consultants that successfully transitioned the client to Oracle’s core Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing. The project required an interface between the client’s inbound EDI transactions and Oracle’s Order Entry module to accommodate the client’s special needs in a high volume, short turnaround environment.

McDATA, Broomfield CO (2000/2)
Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, CRM (11.5.3)

McDATA, a manufacturer of SAN (Storage Area Network) equipment, is now part of Brocade.

I was Project Manager and lead Manufacturing Consultant for a successful conversion from an SAP legacy system to Oracle’s 11i suite. The client implemented the full suite of Oracle’s Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing products as well as Service, Service Contracts and Depot Repair.

The implementation involved interfaces to homegrown as well as third party software.

After the implementation, I stayed with the client for a year consulting on planning, manufacturing and distribution business processes.

Ball Aerospace, Broomfield CO (2000)
Planning, Work in Process, Bills/Routings, Engineering and Costing (11.0.3)

Ball Aerospace is a contractor in the Aerospace and Defense industry. We implemented Oracle for their Commercial Products Division.

I was Manufacturing Consultant and Project Lead for a complete implementation of Oracle’s (11.0.3) Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing modules. I was responsible for process mapping, system validation, integration testing, training and transition support. I also worked with Solbourne’s technical resources to define, develop and test an interface between Agile, the client’s PDM, and Oracle’s BOM module. Additionally, I worked with client resources to map and convert legacy data.

EFTC Thornton CO (1999)
i2 Factory Planner, Oracle Manufacturing (10.7)

EFTC, a contract electronics manufacturer, is now part of Suntron.

I configured i2’s Factory Planner tool to model shop floor processes at the company’s corporate facility and at their Ottawa KS facility.

I also did Oracle and business process consulting at their Tucson AZ and Newburg OR facilities.

EFTC Wilmington MA (1998/9)

EFTC was a contract electronics manufacturer. The Wilmington site made circuit boards for the photographic industry.

I was the lead manufacturing consultant on the project. I was responsible for mapping the client's business processes to Oracle, configuring the modules, testing, training the users and providing documentation.

EFTC was a contract electronics manufacturer. The Ft Lauderdale site made circuit boards for the avionics industry.
